DMV Transfer of Ownership

Went to DMV in Redwood City and completed the transfer of ownership (had appointment). Didn't have the old plates to turn in, so had to keep Jay's personalized plates. Didn't have my checkbook, good thing there was a Wells Fargo branch office down the street (across Veterans Blvd) on Main Street (needed cash to pay DMV fees/taxes).
