Autopia - Taking Dust off... California Duster?: "I use the California Duster too. I think it works great. I take the advice of that someone (I forget who) gave on how to use it. Just kind of dangle the threads to where they lightly touch the paint, don't press it down and rub it all around. Go in the same direction as windflow when you drive, and shake it out after each pass. I've seen some people kind of scrub the paint with it, and I don't think that can be good."
